My primary strategy has been cold-calling various lists but I have run into a problem: As of a few weeks ago, Listsource, which I have been using to pull lists, no longer includes information for South Carolina (or Montana, Idaho, and Kansas).

I then sell it to a Tenant Buyer who gives me $25,000 option fee (so I recover my $9000) and I am ahead $16,000 cash plus the remaining equity.That solves my Tenant Buyer's problem as well.
