Hi Jovon, yes I do see the same issues your looking at, this is a condo in Connecticut and the taxes are very high, I think I can get most of my money out cause the arv is about 240 and im gonna have to put up about 20% of the value plus the closing costs so I figure the LTV is at about 80% so Im calculating that I should be able to get most of my money out. And thats what I want to figure out is this deal really doable if I ask the owner to owner finance a portion specifically the down payment. Or would it be better for me to try and get a subject too Mortgage considering that the owner owes only 60k on the property and I think I can talk her into a subject too because of thy the tax advantages that she would gain
