Are their listings detailed with good quality photos?

I did a survey last year and spoke to 8-10 lenders and they all said they wouldn't add extra value to the property based on it being a working STR.You need to check comps of other mobiles in the area of similar quality and price it accordingly.

As for Booking.com, I haven't had many bookings through that channel, and I wonder if it's due to the quality of the API connection with Hospitable.And one last question, does the owner portal work well for you with Guesty?

Walking the property before closing is definitely worth the cost to avoid bigger headaches later, especially with flipped homes where the quality of renovations can vary.
