The most important thing is that you just take the plunge and get started.

It's maddening that he could've built so much equity in the past 15 years but he's been on the wrong end of the equation due to that anxiety about making the plunge.

After that, you just need to take the plunge and buy a property, make mistakes/learn along the way, wash/rinse/repeat.

Wanted some feedback from BP fam on whether to take the plunge and use it to negotiate or walk away.

Its the Entitlement mentality,   Me , Me, and only Me counts.I notice several threads where the new woman landlord comes on here saying the tenant is ANNOYING(keyword)  when the tenant isn't that.Wait till the tenant calls with a plugged up toilet amd this lady has to plunge a toilet full of D.i.a.r..h.e.a.Wait till this lady is texted by a former tenant to give back security deposit or family will be OFFED.These women need a good ole Wake-Up call.It's not just young women.

-You'll see debits in your monthly statement for bulbs,batteries, plunging toilet, etc..every month and you can't know if they actually did what you are being charged for!

I've been following BiggerPockets for quite a while and plan to make the plunge into multifamily income property investing in the second half of 2018.I'm born and raised in the Chicago area (northern suburbs), went to THE Ohio State University (Go Bucks!)
