.: I would go HELOC for sure that would be best as others were saying the lower cost for the money changes between paying a higher rate for a personal line and typically personal lines they want a higher monthly charge as well independent from the interest rate.  

Caution:  Personal credit card financing is a huge risk and good luck finding 0 percent interest today.

Consider doing this personally or using an LLC.

Personally I’ve got the majority of my assets in real estate.

Better option for personal use but perhaps not rental.
