This whole thing is seriously just the beginning and it may turn out to be something that just simply doesn't work out but I feel it is a direction to take and a vision to follow.

So my vision is to rent this home out & not sell it, a big factor being I love to wrench on my cars and have no where else to store them.  

That being said and hindsight being 20/20 vision, I decided to run some numbers comparing a financed purchase versus a self financed purchase of the two properties and the effects that may have on cash flow.

It's good to have and hold to a vision like that family on the beach but always be willing to do the hard work to get there.  

The point for us is to have a written vision plan, so we stay true to our core purpose.2.  

I love real estate and have always had a vision of owning a portfolio of multi-family (and maybe commercial) properties, about 1,000 units.

My personal goal is loftier than that, with visions of passive income and accrued wealth we can use to ease our lives and give our children an extra hand up when they start out as adults.My general plan is to buy and hold within our city, rolling over all cash flow and refinancing when appropriate to increase our number of properties.

If it doesn't affect my bottom line or vision for the overall project I will frequently defer to them and say things like "you are the expert - how would you handle this?"

I have a vision of adding a humidor and offering some of the great micro brews you can not get at Walmart.
