I can feel that you have embraced the move and change. if you want to meet some local investors there is a meet-up next Tuesday. it's posted in the classifieds.

But if you'd rather take the equity and reinvest in something with better returns or less hassle, selling might be the better move.

One of my commercial RE agent friends  here moved out there. 

This quote is from Better Mortgage, but I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions for other lenders who might offer better rates.I did explore a construction loan, but unfortunately, it didn't work out because the lenders said this is my first time constructing, and they were hesitant to move forward.Once everything is said and done, the total cost of the property will be $210K.

If you have mony in the deal and it is no longer bringing a proper return it may be time to move that money into another property that will return more.  

Hello @Timothy Hilario,I think there are benefits to both strategies.If you move out of your apartment and rent it as a mid-term rental, you could see decent cashflow without pulling equity out of the unit.

Providing a simple and easy move-in process can help create the best experience for new tenants.

I think working with an architect to build something really unique and custom is always the best move if you have the budget for it.
