Hi @Mohammad Islam The best way to find mentors in your area is to attend local meetups.

I would love a mentor or to talk to anyone who has had a similar experience and tangible steps to get more organized. 

Sonya, go to your local REI association meetings first, see if there are people locally who are doing mentoring and then stick with them (after some investigation).  

When you first started, did you have a mentor/business advisor that help guide you through your journey?

Here is their website https://www.retrainersca.com/  They are based out of Anaheim.Once you get your license, I recommend you find a good mentor. 

Obviously meeting others/ a mentor in this space and doing the grunt work in exchange for their 10,000 hours would shorten the learning curve.
