Sounds like you are happy with the answers but here is something else to consider: NJ is a judicial foreclosure state so timeline to foreclose is multiple months at a minimum and could even be over a year depending on the tools you have.Is your lender a big institution or a smaller private lender?

Aaaaa this is weird, hell must-a frozen over because we are in agreeance..... 

We are in 11 markets, including Huntsville and would be happy to set up a call to talk over some options. 

Times are changing somewhat though, so maybe over time if they are not supportive now, they will be at some point in the future. 

I also do a pre-screening questionnaire over the phone before I agree to a showing.
