Is it such a great place to live, that everyone there beckons like a magnet?

I started doing car magnets.

I also used business cards mounted on magnets, and told them to call when they needed to sell. 

It's always been and always will be a magnet for every big fish in every small pond, a safe place for misfits of all kinds, where bored suburban kids dream of moving to "for the experience".

So far for me one big red flag been "does this person play the victim and/or a drama magnet?"

I like to provide an informational magnet.. seriously.

Lumpy mail, magnets and direction to stick on the fridge and call when ready to sell. 

I also have business cards and car magnets that read "We buy houses".

Bandit signs, magnetic signs, door hangers, mass mailings, etc.

Which always included a truck or two or three, but I also got magnetic signs for my Jeep so I could use it to go out and do bids.
