Then you'll have to pay someone to repair it, nail it back into place... caulk and paint.Also, if the wall board is a different thickness than sheetrock you may run into an issue with the window and door casings needing to be adjusted for the difference in thickness.Not to mention the time and money spent tearing out all the sheetrock and surgically removing the trim, labeling it, storing it, etc.

Note that they are labeled "Lowe's Competitor Coupons" and won't work at Lowe's (my guess is the codes have already been used at Lowe's and are 1 time only) but they work at Home Depot just the same.

This may be what they perceive in you, or it's also entirely possible you are a great client but you are making them think you're not serious and they are labeling you like the other time wasters you've come across.Now with all that being said, if I was you, I would ask myself if I am really in a situation right now to be able to close a deal, and if so, I would go communicate that very clearly to the different people you're working with.

If the above is correct and that older ad is still out there, then wouldn't it be like a store having to honor a falsely lower labeled item, even if it was a mistake?

In working with insurance companies I've found that they rarely cover mold issues as they consider it long term or chronic in nature and their policies generally only allow flames of acute or emergency situations i.e. plumbing breaK or leak, wind, fire, tornado, earthquake, hurricane, etc.You may think it's a good deal now but once you start digging into it it's like a dentist digging into a cavity.
