Personally I’m just tired of spending my time building other people’s businesses and I’ve watched several small business owners I worked for over the years become financially free and  These were typically poorly managed companies ran by men that I feel were less intelligent than me . 

Bob can be described as someone extremely intelligent but unable to keep his intelligence on topic. 

I believe the politically correct term is Intelligence Challenged, not moron. 

I listen, but I'm also pulling up what I have in my records and online so I can start talking more intelligently about the property when the conversation gets that far.

So now you can see, that before you call others out on stupidity, you my friend may not understand the full picture yourself.Remember, intelligence is defined by acknowledging how little you know.Never forget that!

You should probably add a line indicating the portion of rent the government/welfare office pays.Welfare tenants are generally on the lower end of the intelligence quotient,not particularly bright, and will likely only understand the portion of rent they actually pay.
