When the city inspector came through, they dinged the seller for various items, here's some;-Handrails-Windows-Walkway (concrete) is smashed-Railing (outdoors)-Electrical indoors and on porchesWe drove past the place the other day, and nothing was fixed on the outside, but the seller said it was reinspected by the city, which actually was.

He/She will know what to check before attempting to energize the panel.If you read the PCR - Property Condition Report - on the HUD listings, that's how their people do it: when there's no power, hook up a generator.The HUD inspectors also use air pressure to test the plumbing rather than risk having Niagara Falls indoors.
