I just wanted to immerse myself in the forums by introducing myself, and hopefully make a few connections in the area.

While there is nothing wrong with that, I am obsessed with the realm of real estate and want to completely immerse myself into investing.My questions are:How would a beginner, like myself, approach real estate investing with no cash, credit or credibility?

Tenant can sign in front of seller which should make the seller feel ok as to keeping their word and the tenant feel ok because the deal with the landlord is in writing, just include clauses in the tenant lease designed to have it cost him if he is a game player.

Before I knew it, I was living and breathing real estate full time, and had become fully immersed in the wonderful world of landlording.I soon found out why I had gotten those good deals on my purchases.

If RE was my full time gig and I was immersed in it all day, making the note would probably make sense.The reality is, this is pretty much a win, win, win scenario.Wish it were mine!

My realtor warned me not to accept this offer due to their buyers agent’s office was known to be difficult to deal with and game players.

While the end-game plays out, salaries will meet in the middle over time which means massive pain for developed countries.The only solution that I'm aware of is to handle it like Germany has.
