For perfect touch up, you need to use the same exact paint, apply with the same exact applicator, in the exact same weather conditions and relative humidity.

They probably didn't do it out of spite, they just stayed past their checkout time and it was really hot, if they aren't used to humidity it feels even worse, I wouldn't worry about it, you have it set to switch to away as soon as they leave if it changes after that it means they stayed past checkout which is a different problem that could possibly be addressed with a late checkout fee depending on your local laws.

If you include $300 for heat they will use $400 in oil; doors will be open for smoking, everyone will be walking around in shorts, and humidity will be bleeding from the walls.

I communicated this with Suncoast and they failed to do anything about it.2 - During the vacancy period the AC was not turned on however the blower was on blowing hot humid air all over the house and causing ridiculously expensive power bills.

I do like the idea of it having air conditioning, we don't have a lot of hot hot days in New York, but it gets to 80+ and humid quite often in the summer.
