I have been investing for 20 plus years and have found a number of good connections at local meetups and here on the BP forums.

I had planned on buying a new primary residence  that needs a rehab that i can get way under market value.

Does anyone know of a dscr lender that will allow for seasoned money for a down payment and a really good property manager in Ohio specifically in Columbus, Cin, and Cleveland?

Contractors come and go and are good for a while and then become unreliable.

It is normally not a good sign if a company has to change their name.
