I have it contracted at 285. property is 3/1, with a unpermitted toilet in basement.

After discussing their goals, we realized they would like to maximize the property's value while also including me in the process, given my background in general contracting.

Every one of the owners he is under contract with will tell you to run from this builder (law suits in the works).  

Unfortunately I don't buy in Milwaukee (I stick to the chicagoland area), but if you deal with wholesalers put in a clause or have an addendum they have x business days to find a buyer and resell the contract if you do sign.

I expressed my discontent with how they are managing the property and I was informed that my contract required me to pay for 1 year of PM fees to terminate (I should have read my contract more closely when I signed it at the beginning of March 2020)....
