You are taking a great initial step to educating yourself about real estate and working toward implementing what could be a life-long income strategy.

You will need to be creative to fulfill your dream.

Different topics/aspects of real estate investing come up at every single meetup which makes it interesting and fulfilling.

We can lay out an infinite number of hypothetical examples and what you could do, but the common theme is that you should try to understand what the seller wants out of the situation and find a way to fulfill that need.  

If you want to be an active real estate investor and roll up your sleeves to acquire properties and rehab properties then that's great.On the other hand, if you enjoy investing passively with turnkey rental properties and that will help you fulfill your goals then stick with that.A big factor here is TIME.  

Again another ridiculous, odd request that I quickly am able to fulfill and send back to them.  

I will say that I have written these agreements, and it is quite fulfilling to look down when you're done and see the finished project.
