Everyone has different beliefs about the virus of course.

What if the Corona virus has a rebound and the economy goes in the dumps.  

We've had this come up a few times recently with corona-virus but have stuck firm to only placing residents whose gross monthly income is three times the rent and they have pay stubs to prove it.

And that in the aftermath of this virus, that the U.S. economy will likely level-off.

(Not that there is anything wrong with that) (PC).OK- Back on target-  Here is my list-  I will try to add to it as a resource- Maybe put a link together-  1:  Air circulation/Heating-   PTAC, or MiniSplits (Anyone make one with a UV-C virus bypass/intake)?

Given the virus, I'm currently looking at relocating to Austin live and work until the pandemic is under control.

I'd like to move to Austin and purchase a primary residence that I BRRRR and move back to Los Angeles when the virus is done with.

So much depends on what can be effected against COVID-19 virus, in the next 12 months.

I'm not sure if there are any events going on with the virus and all, but if there is anything I'd be curious to know more about it!
