(Bloomberg)Today’s Interest Rate: 7.06%(Flat from this time last week, 30-yr mortgage)Today is a big day for us folks in the arena, it’s inflation day for consumer prices (CPI).

Sales are basically flat YoY (+1.6%) and the total market volume is half about what it used to be.Median sales price is up a whopping 11.5% YoY.

I'm basically saying the city doesn't have the personnel to go after anyone unless there's a complaint, then when they do they're citing a statute that flatly doesn't say 7 days is the minimum unless you ignore (they do) the fact that language only appears once in the code which is in the definition of a hotel in neighborhood limits. 

Some have flat rates, some have percentages, eviction coverage, etc. 

There are also many cases of RE investment funds going belly up or turning into Ponzi schemes. 

If they are not separately metered we would include it with the rent or do flat rate billing based on average utility usage.  

I was worried about the slab foundation and flat roof.

The (flat)fee was well worth it, and much less than other similar companies charge.
