The podcast I was listening to today (33 I think with Sam Craven) was talking about pay per click and Google ad words and they extra emphasized the importance of putting a daily limit on the amount of money you're willing to spend.

One of the folks I met at the Williamson Co. meetup really emphasized that the only way to find deals in this market is to get ahead of the MLS or work through a reliable wholesaler.
