Obviously, using the online listing page at ALE solutions is different than a cold email, and I am referring to the latter.That brings up an obvious question: how do you develop those leads, then?

I emailed Zillow about this issue but have not received a response yet.

We finally got an email from the Fire Marshall last week asking to schedule and inspection (our first out of six we have in the area) and the google calendar showed about a dozen times available every day through December.

It's flawed in every way imaginable.

As I think through it, I wouldn't expect a super high accuracy of the phone numbers and email addresses.

Hopefully someone with more tax knowledge than I will chime in, but as you can imagine, they are busy this time of year.
