However, like a previous investor mentioned, check with the manufacturer's recommendation in the event (I doubt it) says minimum clearance is less than 36" then you'll feel a little more comfortable.IF you have to move it, and your dealing with Code Enforcement, they might gig you on not having the disconnect or weather resistant GFCI outlet within a certain number of feet from the unit.  

The disconnect is where turnkey rentals fail a lot of the time.

I personally would have disconnected it and told them they weren't permitted to use it.sounds like the faucet needs a new washer if you have to force it shut,who pay's the water bill.

As your probably aware I was one of the first HML into the space early 2000.. so I dealt with a lot of the guys that never made it through.. or were pump and dump outfits.And I can categorically say that this version of TK operators post about 2010.. are night and day more efficient transparent etc than there predecessors who as you state are gone or slightly underground.Were I see some disconnect or negative feedback on TK when it relates to BP is generally someone who has bought through a buying service and the buying service did not really Vette the provider well enough.. we saw that with one company and a Birmingham incident..

You say the outlets tested hot, but have you tried testing the wires with the outlets disconnected?
