Obviously we are still out a week from April 1, when most tenants rents are due for the first time since the coronavirus crisis has started, but Im curious of who believes that they will have issues, and who seems to be ok.Like many landlords, when the crisis started, I was, as I am sure many still are, anxious about whether their tenants will be paying rent.

We have financing in place and all was well until the Covid crisis halted everything.

During this crisis, yes most people are home and under stay-at-home orders so you will have a lot of conversations doing cold calling/text blasting.

When things come back roaring, as they did for the last 10 years since the 2008 crisis, your money can double or triple very quickly.

I do not believe there will be any foreclosures for missed payments during this crisis but even if I was wrong, you will not be foreclosed on in this environment for missing 1 or 2 payments.
