Well I just need to digest those kind of cost as landlord.

I know that's hard to digest as a seller but I've seen the market shift in the last two weeks or so.What I'm telling sellers is we need it priced right but it also needs to look great and that's working.

Worse yet, she is not considering my cousins wishes, and already has the proceeds from the sale claimed to pay for care that my cousin does not want.I am trying to find a way to 'halt' or slow down the sister-in-law's process, while we wait for the court to digest all of this.

Homes in the charlotte area are up around 25% this past year  which make looking specifically at properties that appreciate a more digestible thing.
