Case Summaries of Land Use/Real Estate Related Decisions

Hi all,

For those interested in land use regulations and/or case law, especially in the New England area, my brother and I recently started a monthly newsletter summarizing important land use decisions in the state of Rhode Island.

The Land Use RI Newsletter strives to provide quick and easy to read digests for anyone interested in staying up to date on Rhode Island land use decisions.

If you are a planner, zoning official, attorney involved in land use or municipal government law, or a professional involved in land development projects, we hope you will find this newsletter particularly helpful.

Here is the link: https://landuseri.com/.

As background, I am an attorney licensed in the state of New York, and will be moving back home to RI this spring. My brother received his Masters in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Tufts in 2021.

Thank you for considering checking it out!

Cheers,

George
