I've been looking at properties in Upstate New York, near the Niagara region and I've wanted to order some desktop BPOs after speaking with the sellers just to see if we can establish a fair initial offer.

If you need to do a desktop appraisal there is a lower cost than ordering a full-on appraisal.

The lenders that you see advertise that 48 hour close, they use an online appraisal method called a Collateral Desktop Analysis. 

I’m needing an upgrade to a desktop computer for the home office, was wondering what your guys opinions on which brand/make is best bang for the buck.

I do recall reading that Fannie/Freddie were allowing desktop appraisals since covid, but I think that may be a long shot. 

I just used the trulia crime map this morning, and as of right now, i can't find the feature on the mobile or desktop site.

If you don't like using Paragon for search, I highly recommend Homesnap - there is a  desktop version and mobile app..

Sometimes they don't factor in improvements made, especially if they do a drive by or desktop appraisal. 

I use QuickBooks Pro 2020 desktop for all accounting.
