Ability to add other income streams like coin laundry, covered parking, storage, etc.

For short/medium term (months), in the current market, I'm a fan of parking it in a high-yield stablecoin (crypto) using a service like Blockfi.

I plan on buying a home soon for the money I make from crypto.

My hurdle is I'm 22 and though I have done excellent in my stock and crypto investing I do not have 3 million to buy the property.

If you dropped hella coin and over remodeled the property I wouldn't rent it out.

On opposite side of that coin is all the negatives, while it's easy to get a place and far cheaper, it's going to be tough to make a buck right. 

Obviously we need to address the coin jar.
