Our painters used Zinsser cover-stain oil based primer.

The original heavy quartersawn oak trim was also replaced with cheap finger-jointed pine molding, also painted in oil-based gray. 

With three cooks in the kitchen there is nothing but potential problems coming out of this llc.

My favorite expression in cooking:  first you get the pan hot, then you put the meat in.

Oil tank is properly decommissioned.

They did an oil tank sweep and there was no tank residue or history, so that was a plus.

The oils are messy if spilt but the major issue is it will set of smoke detectors.

Still I agree, no reason to cave on this or anything.Vaping leaves the resulting oil behind in which case can develop into what’s called “ popcorn lung”  in a person from it being trapped in their lungs . that residue in the air is sticky and gets all over the place and of coarse the hazards of a potential  fire .
