Can I buy house with decommissioned underground oil tank in NJ?

Oil tank is properly decommissioned. Oil tank was filled with solid concrete slurry, kept under ground and properly decommissioned.

Oil tank cannot be removed because; oil tank removal might cause structure damage to the house.
