Would the best strategy be to look at the Keller-Williams office closest to me and try to contact someone there and explain to them my situation?

This property was the closest by far to getting $100/door then the other 60 or more properties I have analysed.

Where I live it is exceedingly rare to see properties below $150k that aren't in "war zones" (or at least the closest thing we have).We have the cash but haven't bought a BRRRR yet and want to know if our math looks correct as far as buying the following bank owned property.  

An appraiser usually tries to use three homes that have sold recently; he will pick the ones that are closest in proximity, in the same subdivision, similiar square footage, etc.  

But the thing is there is no CHASE bank in Montgomery, the closest one is like 2 hours driving for only one way.

I think the closest one to you is the South Shore REIA, which meets the first Wednesday of every month in Wareham. 

I was wondering what the closest neighborhoods outside of NYC (but close enough to drive, within 2+ hours) that are more affordable/invest-able i.e. something to buy for 50k, fix up and flip or rent.
