Will hard money lenders lend on something of this size?

Hey Paul,This is a great question, and it’s smart of you to dig deeper before trying something like this.

This is the reason I made this post.

But you didnt have too much room on this one in the first place.

All this turkey does is charge you for some "training," so you will be "prepared" when you go out looking for lots for him, but curiously, he buys none or very few of the lots he's sent.  

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I purchased flood insurance on a Zone A property in July this past year on a house that had previously flooded. 

Speak to an attorney to handle this.
