That is usually more for regional tenants to mom and pop in retail strip centers for a level of clarity in how their business operations are running.Whether the national chain discloses parent company financials and local store level financials is based on what is in the lease.

In addition to some clarity on the numbers mentioned by @Tom S. it would also be helpful to know the income and expenses on the property to see if paying more or paying higher interest makes sense.

These are contradictory ideas and I needed a bit of clarity.
