What we did for an entire grocery store in sales, I do with one brand of cigarettes.

Nice couple from CL early 30's one kid non smokers no pets ended up saying they want the place.

I was reading somewhere that inhaling asbestos that might come from say a popcorn ceiling would do about as much damage as smoking a cigarette.

One was a with a grandmother that  developed dementia and put out a cigarette inside which caused a fire.

And oh by the way, it stinks to high heaven of cigarettes.

We've been through this both with smokers and {irresponsible} pet owners.  

Do they have a ton of people in the car, with a ton of kids that want to tour my home, eating chips and drinking red pop, or smoking cigarettes as they approach the home, where I have a big sign saying, "No Smoking or eating or drinking allowed, during the Open House"  Too bad we need to say that sometimes. 

The 250 unit is a smoker deal because it has a load of hidden opportunity!  

For example I would not rent to my father because they are a smoking household and I do not allow smokers.
