You can make deals right now but everything we see requires strong negotiation.

Talk with the owner and a lawyer on how the specifics of a deal are structured.

However; none of them are going to be "deals".

I'm having a hard time finding owners Contact info after driving for dollars for a while, I've got quite the list of possible deals, but I'm struggling to find a way to get in contact with them and I don't feel safe going to the door and talking to the people. any input is helpful, thanks
