It's my first deal,I know I'll pay more now then this time next year, but I wanted to ask experienced investors if this sounds common before I send that check tomorrow.What makes me Leary is, it has to be sent as a ACH or a money transfer, they won't take a c/c....

@Stanford GravesI’ve had to use the zero interest cc loans for a year and a half to snag two properties.

After I put in the address, rent, and security deposit (and my CC details), it sent out an email to my tenant to accept the screening request and allow TransUnion to release the information to me. 

I would like to save the appraisal fees and some of the other CC that are associated with a in house bank loan. 

I'm registered, but have not been able to add CC details!

I would be leery about giving anyone a card unless you have a track record with them.If it is a flip we are doing the GC work, we have used a CC which we get points (or miles) on . . . just beware of the interest rates many are charging now which is more than what loan sharks were getting arrested for charging a decade ago . . .

PP 650K, CALL it with 800 K with repairs and CC, what is the net income?

My expenses and DTI are relatively low, with some current CC debt, student loans, and no car or car payment.

@Chris Gerenser   what price points are they selling their product at  no information on the website ( which is always a little scary  LOL)...PS I lived at Silverado CC for a decade one of the great places in the US to call home ....!
