Routing the revenue to the LLC will just cause it to route through the LLC back to you if this is a single member LLC.

Hi Stephen,Sorry for your troubles but it seems like the provider came through in the end which is nice to see.And promising to cover rent for the delays caused shows character also.Being a turnkey provider myself since 2014, I can attest to that unfortunately many things sometimes aren't in our control.Especially when it comes to the citiy, contractors and pulling permits, etc...Our traditional promise is that the property will take 90 days to rehab and tenant.Have we gone over 90 days?

I figured if he's still helping with rent then he should say on the lease.She was causing problems though over the years and eventually I got tired of it so about a year ago I kicked her out.

Most likely the state where the property is located is where lawsuits would be brought if they are something for personal injury like a trip and fall or something of that nature because the “cause of action” arose in that state.

I was able to get an inspection done and from that I know the main work needed is as follow:Under house crawlspace:some foundation pillars or crumbling and need replacement.Major leaks under main bath causing wood beams deterioration.Multiple minor leaks to wood beams in different areas as well.HVAC duct work is leaking at connections.
