I'm in my mid-20's and work in the J-town area in the manufacturing field.I've had a few entrepreneurial experiences, but decided to get serious when a loved one was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago.

If you really want to get specifIc and use a spreadsheet to determine the exact number of days for your investment, enter your purchase date in one cell, the closing date in another cell and in a third cell, subtract the two dates to determine the exact number of days you had your money invested.

With this panel I use a  Z-Wave deadbolt and  thermostat, both of which I am able to run from the panel which runs on Wifi OR Cell Service which is a plus in rural areas or places were wifi drops or is unavailable.

I'll spare you the Being Prepared clichés  :)    First thing that came to my mind was, I would have either used my cell phone or tablet and quickly downloaded a contract and had her sign that in lieu of any other documentation.

If something beyond your control comes up forcing you to move out, like mom who lives in another state coming down with brain cancer or a forced job relocation, you can move out before 12 months.

The trip was very expensive but while we were there I was fortunate enough to do 3 deals on-line & by cell phone that more than compensated for all expenses.
