Despite being assured that there would be significant tax savings on my 2023 taxes, there were no cost savings or advantages to having paid $5,000 for strategy in that tax year.

I do think the house hacking method will be the best method for me considering I will not be starting off with the biggest down payment.

So, I don't think they would be able to stay.There is currently no loan on the property.
