Also worth noting that in some counties, after a successful bid is made the auction house grants 10 days after the auction for any outsider purchase on the property.

I found there to be plenty of Info on the video and if I wanted more info I would have MY agent go to the property to confirm pictures and find out any additional info before putting in a bid.
