@Gene Hacker I think that may have been true a few years ago but I'd have to challenge that assertion that going over budget or overprice.

However, I ran across a few posts here on this site that assert that this practice is in violation of predatory lending rules with severe consequences.

It has always been that unless the creditor actively asserts its claim on credit your dispute results positively.
