The roof of the porch is asphalt shingle while the rest of the roof for the house is asbestos tile.

Ridiculous.. go to almost any other country and see what a disaster that idea is.Do you think having a strip club, a tire shop, used asphalt shingle dupe site next to your home would increase values and enhance safety?

Some will have a minimum number of spaces and pavement requirements in the park.

Hi everyone, I need to remove some old asphalt/concrete and redo the driveway/parking pad.

There’s a very large asphalt parking lot in back that I’m thinking I could turn into 4000sq ft of self storage as well as having plenty of parking for the tenants close to the building.

How would you respond to a counter offer where the seller wants to cover roofing defects with liquid asphalt?  

As for durability, much more than asphalt shingles and costs more.

Also not a deal breaker for me, but I would most definitely get it graded and put down new material.I would suggest ground asphalt if you can get it.
