They are aware of the routine  and repeated use and turnover of these unit/dwellings and are reluctant to allow most "damages" alleged by landlords.IMPORTANT Even if she were to prevail on her BS carpet claim for $230, you'll hang her with your attorney's fees and costs since you won the majority of the contested amount of your security deposit.

Some are alleging inadequate management oversight by  the company, even though they are taking a fee to do so when some other platforms don't take a fee at all.BP does not allow me to post instructions to get to the in-depth review of them on my site  with more information.

Lets talk specifics... what exactly is airBNB sobbing about...It turns out Santa Monica happens to have one of the strictest regulations of STRs that they've encountered so they allege again violation of the constitution: https://consumerist.com/2016/09/06/airbnb-says-cit...This is a lawsuit they had filed in federal court.
