The hotels claim they have the room to accommodate all these visitors but the problem is most of them don't want to or can't afford to stay in them.In neighborhoods like Kailua where vacation rentals have really taken over I do think businesses will feel some pain, but at the same time I understand the pain of the residents.

I was looking for a property that was in a safe neighborhood, with marketability to seasonal visitors, large outdoor space, the ability to always attract a certain target demographic of a particular type of medical student, mainly cosmetic repairs, near public transportation, high walkability and in an appreciating neighborhood.
