hello i just realized that i cannot star this RE journey on my own that is way i seeking for an partner so we can  make deals together since i do not have any experience i would like to have some help on this journey i hope someone can help me with that thanks

I am looking at sourcing different rebate programs or other for apartment communities.We have owners from out of state that are seeing significant appliance rebates for toilets, energy star rates appliances etc. in CA and other states, but I am having a hard time sourcing similar programs in Minnesota for market rate communities.

I can see the stars every night soon after the sun goes down.

It was like the stars aligned and I think he could be a great contact.

From what I understand, a property manager in this space is going to run you 15-20% of gross rents (we self manage).In terms of the business itself, I'd expect lower occupancy the first year as you establish your property's reputation (stars on whatever site(s) you list on).  

This afternoon another Mortgage company, Gold Star financial told me it should not be a problem regarding the appraisal categorizing the house in fair condition.

The more i read about this model PAYNE the more i see it as a 2/5 star system with LOTS of problems down the road.
