But to someone who has only lived in the suburban McMansion area their whole life, it might be a C/D (there is a bus stop 300 ft away the consistently has someone with a brown bag in hand, people keep their houses nice, but they are mostly 70+ yrs old, cars park on the street because most don't have garages or driveways).I agree with @Erik Whiting, there are people in all income brackets that are good, responsible people.

There's a controlled, pre-existing relationship (likely of a sexual character - but I don't know you and I'm not assuming) between the agent selling the property and the inspector who assesses its quality. 

Do not abuse this persons time, if you have a contractor burning their gas and time just to provide estimates and never actually getting any work from you they will stop taking your call and not be there when you really need them

The most recent being the requirement of the Domestic abuse notice stating that tenanta have certain protections when the victim of abuse harrassment and the like.
