I could pay a tenant to handle it as it's absentee like the way the garbage is handled, but my monthly inspection visits keeps things clean and tidy.And you you rent out triplexes to singles, you'll have at least 8 or 10 tenants in the building, besides prior tenants and their junk mail, and having so many people following a protocol religiously is a pipe dream.
