@Gaemer Gutierrez I own a PM firm and we do attach our vendor receipts to our owners portal.

I would like to work together as I think it would mutually benefit us both in the long run, and by that I mean I would like to be added to the portal along with automatic alerts so that we can start analyzing properties.

Is there a way to scan or import physical receipts directly into portal for journal entries?

I'm not sure when it was stolen, but it was noted on my owner portal on 4/13.

I locate properties on MLS.com and various real estate marketing portals.

I use an online management portal (cozy.co) where you can easily switch on the requirement for tenant to upload or purchase insurance direct from site. 

Taxes are public record and if you want to double check you just check out the towns online portal.

If you have your own investors that you have cultivated over the last few months/years you can utilize investor portal platforms. 

I my opinion, however, some good, strong markets are:- Allapattah- El Portal- Homestead- Fort Lauderdale- HollywoodGood luck!
