I think PM makes the most sense because being an agent would require leaving the home more frequently.

It can still be risky when living under the same roof as the owner but seems to be terrible less frequently. :)I would also suggest avoiding an HOA - it's an extra expense obviously, but their rules can change (like rental restrictions).

Not all brokers operate this way but I frequently experience different treatment when I approach a listing agent as a buyer as opposed to as a broker representing myself or a broker representing a 3rd party.
