You will find a lot of false information on the Internet because a lot of companies that do drywall remediation you scare tactics so they can charge very high prices.

I could detect the smell in the bathroom, but it was not overpowering, and I couldn't detect any cigarette smell in any other part of the house.Confession time was over, I proceeded with inspection.

This tactic has worked a couple times for me. 

Now, there are some great tactics out there, but before you go to war, everyone needs to go through basic training.

So the owner-occupied investment tactic has come to an end (for now).
